Don't give up your true passion!

Not everyone has taken up their passion as their career or stream of study - because of many rationales, be it about getting a job or possibilities, etc.

Yes, most of our passions are not career oriented but that doesn't mean that we should give up our passion for our chosen profession. 

You join a college and of course, it's hard to keep a balance between academics and your passion together. There are times when there are slumps or your studies come in the way of your passion but that shouldn't break off your passion right there, & there's where you might be taking an improper step in your life. Rather, make time for both. 

When I entered my undergraduate course, I was very apprehensive that I might have to take a break from my passion for writing. This talent came to me as a godsend gift and resigning from it meant laying off something exceptionally momentous in life. Be it in bad times or good times, I put down my thoughts on paper. I may not be able to make a substantial career out of it but I can try my best to make it one. We make time for the things we love & of course we should. 

Don't give up your passion for your profession. Your profession can give you money and extravagance but only your passion will give you serenity.

Sometimes your academics can come in the way of your true passion, there may be times you have to take a break from it but never resign from it.

Pursue your heart also not only your intellect.
